Turkey Chili

Phase 2

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz ground turkey breast or lean 96/4 beef
  • 1/2 tsp. Liquid Aminos
  • Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp powdered Stevia
  • 1/2 can low sodium diced tomatoes
  • Tones Seasonings to taste (garlic powder, paprika, red pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper)

Instructions

  1. Brown your meat with the onion powder, Aminos, and stevia.
  2. Add your tomatoes and about 1/4 can of water.
  3. Add your seasonings and let simmer about 10-15 min.
  4. If you have some extra cals for the day fry an egg (with Pam) over easy and put that on top of the chili.

Chicken & Brussels Stew

Phase 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 100 g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Braggs Amino
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1c chicken broth (or 1/2 water, 1/2 stock)

Instructions

  1. Combine all in small casserole dish.
  2. Bake in 450 F oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a soup bowl and enjoy!

Roast Beef w/ Cucumber

Phase 2

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of grilled roast beef
  • ½ cucumber, grated coarsely
  • 1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
  • Pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Roll up the slices of cooked roast beef and arrange them on a plate.
  2. Put the grated cucumber in a sieve and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Let the bitter liquid pour out of the cucumber for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix the cucumber with the lemon juice.
  5. Serve the cucumber together with the roast beef.

Chicken or beef roll ups

Ingredients

  • Chicken or beef
  • Salt
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Butter or iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Sauté minced chicken or beef with a few tablespoons of water in a non-stick pan
  2. Add salt, green onions, cilantro, basil and garlic
  3. As the meat starts to stick, deglaze with some lemon juice.
  4. Serve the mince in a large leaf (or several leaves) of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, rolled up like a burrito.

Chili Lemon Shrimp Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

  • 100 grams shrimp
  • 6 asparagus spears
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pinch of lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly steam asparagus until crisp tender.
  2. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Lightly steam or grill shrimp until cooked.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Combine lemon juice, garlic zest and chili.
  6. Mix well and allow to marinate for approximately 30 minutes in the refrigerator then serve.

Orange Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 peeled orange (remove seeds if any)
  • 2 cups celery
  • 5 drops orange flavored stevia

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or juicer and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Orange Dream

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 peeled orange (remove seeds if any)
  • 6 drops vanilla creme flavored stevia

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Iced Vanilla Coffee

Ingredients

  • cooled espresso strength coffee
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3 – 5 drops vanilla creme stevia
  • sprinkle of spice (cinnamon, pumpkin, etc)

Instructions

  1. Blend in blender with crushed ice until frothy.
  2. Pour into cup or mug and enjoy!

Vanilla Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. hot water
  • 5 drops of chocolate flavored stevia
  • 3 drops of vanilla creme flavored stevia

Instructions

  1. Place the hot water in a mug.
  2. Add Stevia and mix.

 


Lime Slushy

Ingredients

  • 1 squeezed lime
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 10 drops lime flavored stevia
  • 3 packets of stevia

 

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, water, ice and lime flavored stevia in blender and mix well.
  2. Add sweetener (stevia packets) and lightly blend.
  3. Pour in cup and enjoy!
