- Green onions
- Lemon juice
- Butter or iceberg lettuce
- Sauté minced chicken or beef with a few tablespoons of water in a non-stick pan
- Add salt, green onions, cilantro, basil and garlic
- As the meat starts to stick, deglaze with some lemon juice.
- Serve the mince in a large leaf (or several leaves) of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, rolled up like a burrito.
