Strawberry Shake

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop 100% natural whey protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients. You can add ice or stevia if desired.

Warm Cinnamon Grapefruit

Ingredients

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • cinnamon
  • 1 – 2 packets stevia
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Using a serrated edge knife, cut grapefruit in half as normally would and place on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Cut around center core, rind, and partitions.
  3. Place cinnamon, stevia and water in a bowl to make a paste.
  4. Pour paste over grapefruit. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Serve.

Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • stevia (as needed)
  • water (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Freeze fresh strawberries about 1 hour.
  2. Blend frozen fresh strawberries, lemon juice and stevia in a blender until well blended.
  3. Serve immediately or place back in freezer until more firm.

Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (may also use sugar free peanut butter or cinnamon)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • splash of vanilla extract (sugar free)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a coffee mug, add egg and blend.
  2. Add milk, oil, vanilla and blend.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool and place on plate.

Vanilla Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients

  • handful of strawberries
  • 5 drops vanilla creme stevia
  • 8 – 10 drops chocolate or chocolate raspberry stevia
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, and stevia flavors in a bowl.
  2. Mix in sliced strawberries and enjoy.

Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 diced apple
  • 3 packets of stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • small amount of water

Instructions

  1. Put diced apple in a small bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix cinnamon, stevia and water.
  3. Add apples and stir. Arrange in dish and set aside.

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 melba toast (original flavor)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia

Topping Instructions

  1. In a small bag crush melba toast with rolling pin.
  2. Add cinnamon and stevia and sprinkle onto apples.
  3. With a water bottle, spray top of crumbs.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 20 min.
  5. Remove foil and cook another 5 min. Enjoy.

Fresh Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 – 8 strawberries (remove stems)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • crushed ice
  • 2 – 3 packets of stevia

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine water, strawberries, lemon juice, milk, lemon peel, and blend well.
  2. Add crushed ice to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Mix in stevia and blend lightly. Enjoy!

Frozen Lemon Treat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon
  • 3 packets of stevia
  • 10 drops lemon flavored stevia

Instructions

  1. In a blender add ice, water, and squeezed lemon juice and blend well.
  2. Add sweetener (stevia packets) and lemon flavored stevia drops and blend lightly.
  3. Pour into a cup and freeze.

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Soft Tofu
  • 1/2 C Cocoa
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Banana
  • 4-6 package of Vanilla Stevia 4-6 to taste
  • 1/2 C Soy Milk
  • Vanilla to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together in a food possessor (adding any ingredient to taste)
  2. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Serve.

1 Tablespoon = 62 calories


Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredients

  • 19 oz. Soft Tofu
  • 1/4 C Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 to 1 Banana
  • 4 packets of Vanilla Stevia
  • Vanilla to taste

Instructions

  1.  Mix together in a food possessor (adding any ingredient to taste).
  2. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Serve.
