- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 4 tablespoons stevia
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (may also use sugar free peanut butter or cinnamon)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- splash of vanilla extract (sugar free)
- Mix dry ingredients in a coffee mug, add egg and blend.
- Add milk, oil, vanilla and blend.
- Microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool and place on plate.
