Thai-Style Garlic Beef

Phase 2


  • 3.5 oz 95% lean ground beef
  • Garlic (minced) to taste
  • Salt & pepper, or any seasoning allowed to taste
  • Cabbage (thinly shredded) [your allowed amount] 


  1. Cook the beef thoroughly, then season it.
  2. Add the garlic and let it cook for a bit.
  3. Add the cabbage and more seasonings and mix everything together, add a little water and let it wilt as much as you like.
