Lime Shallot Tilapia
- 3.5 oz tilapia filet
- 1/2 lime
- sea salt
- 1/2 minced shallot
- Squeeze lime over tilapia filet, and season to taste with fresh pepper and salt.
- Under the fish sprinkle half the shallot, and the other half on top of the fish.
- Broil on low for 4-5 minutes a side.
